Delivery Information

We currently ship to the UK (including Northern Ireland) and the Republic of Ireland.

Republic of Ireland

• ✅ Free delivery on orders over €60
• All orders are shipped from within Ireland via An Post.
• A flat shipping rate of €6 applies to orders under €60.
• All customs and duties charges are included in our prices — there will be no additional customs fees.
• We aim to deliver your order within 5 working days after payment has been processed.
• All orders include tracked shipping.

Returns

We hope that you’ll be happy with your order. If for any reason you’d like to make a return, please email hello@onlycurls.com to arrange it.

• Returns are accepted on unused products only.
• Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed for the value of the purchase (excluding any shipping charges), and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
